Autumn Leaves does not use a confusing tiered-payment structure or care-point system based upon a family member’s ever-changing needs – common in many assisted living environments.  Instead, we charge a simple-to-understand, all-inclusive flat monthly rate.  The only extra monthly expenses you may incur are for:

• cable TV
• private telephone
• beauty salon
• incontinent supplies
• medication
• specialized medical needs
